Refund and Returns Policy
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction for all products, items, and services we provide. If you would like to return an item or are not completely satisfied with a product or service, please contact us at 207-363-5119 ext. 276 or email email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returned items, in original condition, must be received within 45 days of the original shipping date and be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. We do not refund shipping charges. In the case of credit card purchases, all refunds will be credited to the credit card account originally used for the purchase.
Shipping and Handling Costs
We ship via U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEX) to anywhere in the Continental United States. Your order will be processed within three to five business days. You will receive an email when your order is shipped. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Credit Card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
