ENTREE

HADDOCK & SHRIMP PICCATA   27.95

Atlantic haddock & large gulf shrimp lightly floured and sautéed with shallots,

chopped parsley and capers, deglazed with chardonnay wine and finished with

fresh lemon zest, lemon juice and creamery butter, accompanied with

farfalle pasta and broccoli tossed with butter and parmesan

APPETIZER

ORANGE HONEY GLAZED SHRIMP   13.95      

Wild caught gulf shrimp fried in seasoned batter and then tossed

with a zesty orange- honey glaze, cilantro and snipped chives,

served with steamed rice

SALAD

BEEF CARPACCIO   14.95

Shaved, raw tenderloin of beef seasoned with fresh ground black pepper and drizzled with

EVOO and lemon juice, under a salad of arugula, roast red peppers, capers and roast garlic

tossed with roast shallot vinaigrette, topped with crumbled Caprice goat cheese

and served with warm crostini

Our flatbread crust topped with mozzarella, feta cheese and "Blue Sky's" spicy lamb
