SHRIMP WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE

SHIITAKE & TRUFFLE OIL

Large gulf shrimp sautéed in butter with shiitake mushrooms, garlic and shallots,

deglazed with white wine then simmered with Chatham Harbor little neck clams and cream,

finished with snipped chives and fresh ground black pepper, tossed with

bucatini pasta and aged asiago, then drizzled with white truffle oil

APPETIZER

CHILI RELLENO WITH SHRIMP  

Roast poblano pepper filled with chopped gulf shrimp and jack cheese,

fried in a egg batter and served with house made enchilada sauce,

sour cream, cilantro and salsa

FLATBREAD  

SOUTHWESTERN  

Zesty chorizo sausage, roast jalapenos, chopped tomatoes and caramelized onions

over salsa-cream cheese spread, baked with southwestern spiced mozzarella cheese,

topped with scallions and drizzled with sour cream
