Tender breast of chicken filled with spinach, goat cheese, capicola ham and roast red peppers, seasoned with fresh thyme

and toasted fennel seed, pan seared and topped with an herb cream sauce, served over whole grain penne pasta olio e aglio

 

APPETIZER

STUFFED ARTICHOKE BOTTOMS  

Tender artichoke bottoms filled with shrimp and crab imperial, baked with parmesan crumbs

and drizzled with lemon hollandaise

 

FLATBREAD

ROAST FRUIT & QUACKERS 

House made confit of duck, caramelized onions, honey roast apples and pears

over a thin layer of apple sauce, baked with port salute and fontina cheese,

 and then topped with arugula lightly dressed with ginger-apple-pear vinaigrette
