Hotel Procedures Covid-19
Due to concerns and issues related to Covid-19, we are pleased to offer curbside check-in along with our traditional lobby service.
Check In Time: 4pm
Guests are welcome to join us in our lobby for check in. Fully vaccinated guests are welcome to remove their masks.
Any guests who wish to take advantage of curbside check-in will find 4 parking spaces marked ‘Curbside Service’ at the top of the driveway of the Main Inn. Upon your arrival, please call the Front Desk at 207-363-5119 extension ‘0’ so that a staff member can meet you outside to check you in.
As always, breakfast is included with your stay at the York Harbor Inn.
We are pleased to announce the return of our Country Inn Breakfast, served daily in our ocean view Main Dining Room, 7-10am. A modified buffet will allow for a staff member to plate food with tables spaced appropriately in our 1637 Dining Room. Breakfast is still available for takeaway if preferred.
Our main priority is to ensure all of our guests feel safe, comfortable and clean while they are spending their time away with us. With this being said we have taken necessary precautions to ensure guest safety regarding our housekeeping procedures. Please see below for all pertinent information regarding housekeeping:
- Stay over service for two night reservations is available upon request at our front desk prior to 12pm the day of.
- Stay over service for reservations longer than two nights will be conducted during the third day of your stay.
- If you do not wish to have your room serviced, you’re welcome to leave used towels and trash outside your guest room door by 1pm and our team will replenish them.
- Extended stay guests will receive stay over service on every third day of their stay.
All Guests may leave a bag of trash outside their guest room by 11:00am for pick up each day.
Should you need anything additional in your guest room please don’t hesitate to reach out to our front desk team, they are at the desk 24 hours a day and ready to assist when needed.
Checkout Procedure: 11am
Guests are welcome to utilize our traditional checkout service, or may utilize our Express Checkout. To allow for enough vacancy prior to deep cleaning we will ask guests to respect our 11:00 am Checkout time.
Guests utilizing Express Checkout should call the Front Desk at 207-363-5119, extension 0, as they are checking out so that we can relay all checkouts to our housekeeping staff. Please leave room keys in the guest room to be collected and properly disinfected by staff.
Any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file on the morning of departure with an emailed receipt. If a guest desires to switch the credit card on file or use a gift certificate for payment this should be done prior to the morning of departure.
Should any guest require assistance with luggage we request calling the Front Desk to coordinate ahead of time and allow for proper staffing.
If there is an issue or question about your stay the Front Desk will be staffed 24 hours to help and pass concerns along to management in a timely fashion.
